"Blakeney Kith and Kin,"

Grace [Gillian] Glaspie produced the monumental genealogy and history, "Blakeney Kith and Kin," aka "The Blakeneys 1828 from Bourbon Co., KY to Vermilion Co., ILL." This hand typed book of 333 pages is not dated but was probably completed in 1974. Grace descends from the line of son John T. Blakeney, Sr, his son William Blakeney, his daughter Martha Ann Blakeney who m. T. Field, whose daughter Dica Field m. A. R. Gillian, Grace’s father. Grace lived in Oxford, Indiana. Her book is almost entirely of her line of John T. Blakeney, Sr. For the line of William Hugh Blakeney, she mostly relied on the second Blakeney historian, Florence A,\. [Puzey] Swank.
